A meeting of the Huguenot Society of California was held March 25, 1982
to discuss re-organizing the Society into a State Society and two chapters,
there being approximately the same number of members living in Southern
California and the San Francisco Bay Area.
The chapter meets twice a year: in spring during the month of April,
and in fall during the month of October.
Interested prospective members may contact President Shirley J. Williams
via email at sjwmsnels@aol.com.

Each year, the SFBA Chapter awards scholarships to Golden Gate University students. The scholarships are available through the generosity of Zelma McDonough Giles, Dorothy Rhodes Usinger, Aileen Ross, and Camville-Gaillard-Roche. In order to receive the scholarship, each student must demonstrate their knowledge of Huguenots through essays and interviews. |
